Would like to extend my appreciation for the excellent service that Crumbly provided making it extremely easy for me to order a surprise birthday cake even from all the way in Australia and requesting a custom delivery. I called Crumbly in a rush for a last minute party with a tall order. Their head baker Mia was very patient and accommodating and worked with me over a few emails and phone calls to make sure she got the details just right.
The cake was not only gorgeous and exactly what I asked for, but it was absolutely delicious. I splurged on the chocolate ganache and don’t regret it one little bit. The cake somehow housed both airy and decadent qualities and was wonderfully balanced. Every single person at the party had a healthy slice and most came back for seconds.
10/10 recommend this little shop of wonders for your coffee, pastries, and custom cakes. If I need another, I will definitely be back.

Crumbly has now been part of my baby shower and children’s 1st Birthday. Not only has their cakes (and cake pops) looked so unique, they also taste great. The amount of messages we have received from guests who have attended claiming it was one of the best cakes they have had (especially the cake pops), I don’t think we will be ordering from anywhere else

We had the most amazing experience with Crumbly Cafe & Bakery! We ordered a custom two-tier jungle-themed cake along with individually wrapped cookies, also beautifully decorated in the jungle theme, and everything was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s baby shower!
The cake was not only gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned, but it tasted incredible, too. The attention to detail on both the cake and cookies was amazing, and the individually wrapped cookies were such a perfect touch for our guests.

This place is so so sweet!! I came in wanting to find a place to sit down and have a pastry. I asked about the cookies and then the crumb cake (which I found out they’re famous for) and ordered that! The sweet man behind the counter asked if I wanted a coffee and I looked for but I decided against it. I sat outside and a few minutes later he brought me a latte anyways!! This is the type of business I would frequent daily:) Not to mention the coffee was outstanding.

This was the first time I was not going to be with my daughter on her birthday. I was feeling melancholy and wanted to do something special for her. So, I thought: “What’s better than a birthday cake with your favorite celebrity on it?!”
I cannot give Crumbly Cafe & Bakery enough praise & thanks for what they did. I sent them an image of a cake I wanted for my daughter. They did an amazing job replicating it. It was absolutely beautiful! Just what I wanted! My daughter was so happy when she received it!
Their customer service was wonderful. They were on top of it! They made the cake in just two days, my daughter told me it was delicious AND the price didn’t empty my bank account to boot!! I’ve been telling all my friends about them! From the West Coast to the East Coast! I cannot recommend them enough! They hold a special place in my heart. If you’re looking to make a special occasion, even more special, you have come to the right place!
